If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you regarding an expected dispatch date or available alternatives. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

We deliver throughout South Africa using available courier services.

• Orders of R300 or more qualify for free delivery.

• Orders below R300 incur a flat R60 delivery fee.

• Available delivery options include locker-to-locker and locker-to-door, subject to courier availability.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
